Netbanking password courier not received

Hi,

Its almost 6 months i am trying to get my net banking password from HDFC bank. They tell that it is been mail to your address. But i have not received any post. Then they take a new request and again i wait for 7 day and call them they tell is dispatched you will be receiving soon... but i dont receive and when i call tract the airway bill number it say in transit..and after some days it displays returned back..i am really feedup..
