I am really sorry to point this grievance, but can not help it. I really got frustrated by applying New Car loan from HDFC. Mr. Amol Modi from Pune branch has no knowledge about loans and is mis-guiding the customers by giving false commitment. My case is 10 days old and still the loan disbursement amount is pending. If HDFC cannot satisfy the customer then please please stop playing with them. Never under-estimate the customer powers.
