Hi,

my name is inderpal singh son of Surinder singh. I am using your HDFC Salary account from last 8 or 9 months . i would like to tell you about my problem which i have been facing from 1 month about my credit card . i have purchased a lop top on 03/01 from shrichand computers by my mini credit card.

Before purchasing i have called HDFC call center for my installment because i wanted to pay the bill by installment because i am a employee and i didnt have so much money to spend on a laptop, and the lady who took my call i requested her to activate my mini card for 12 months installment, and she has forword my request on concern department, and she also gave me monthly installments and rate of interest and she didnt tell me nothing else and she said to buy a laptop and your installments will activate automaticaly but when i call them after few days and they said ur card has been activate but ur installment has not been activated till now, and u have to pay full amount in one go and i have called emples times and few said everthing will be fine and few said we ill call you, also i have visited ur nearest bank branch in kirti nagar, but they didnt help for that, so i m very sad about HDFC services, so kindly help me for that beco i am bepration patient and i dont know what to do? and i have to pay my bills and i dont want to be a defulter, even i know they are alots of employees they dont pay ccd payment. but i want to pay my bill in installment. please do need full,
