Threatning calls and non payment of bills

I have debts from credit cards belonging to different banks totalling an amount of 1, 00, 000 (principal)... I haven't paid the dues since the last 1 year... i am not going to too... they keep coming and i ask them to f*** off... i am not scared of the recovery people or anything... all i want to know is... can the court issue warrant against me... please note that i was a student when the cards were issued to me and also, i was unemplyed during the period i used the card...
