Wrong Information from customer care

Sir,

on 3rd of oct some transactions has been done from my Credit card and despite of repetatively asking at the customer care for any transaction taken place or not, we are informed that no transaction has been done from your card on that date, and after blocking the card, On next day i got a call from customer care regarding Transaction made from my card worth Rs. 7000/- to 8000/- which im not liable to pay

kindly forward this complaint to concerned department and request take immediate Positive action
