D- Activation of credit card on the eve of Diwali without information

Dear Concern,

I would like to draw your attention towards the D-activation of my credit card Titanium No. 5289451000364717 on the eve of Diwali without informating me. While purchasing petrol from petrol pump cards says " PICK UP" means i have picked this card some where.

Although i have not received Platinum card from the bank but I have received statement for the same for Rs.9430.74.

Is this is the services of India's largest co-operate bank (HDFC BANK)?
