Harrasment by debt collecters

Dear Sir,

I hold a gold master card from HDFC, I am repenting for doing business with a worst bank like this, I am paying the minimum amount due but still they call me and threaten me and my family.

My dad is an exservice men and a senior citizen who stays in my native mulky. These callers have called him asking about my whereabouts, when he told them that he is in bangalore they threatened him saying that he is trying to immetatite like my father.

They cannot even make out the difference between a 65 year old senior citizen and 35 year old son.

My family is disturbed and thinking of going to the police. I have just had problems in my work place because they call twenty times to my workplace also.

I have decided to take them on legally and go for a settelmet as i have problems with my job.

Today they called my office and gave me this number 9008678313 and told that it is from the legal department and i have to call them, They have threatened my office collegues saying that we want to come and thrash him.

They are using vulgar language while speaking to me.

I want to take action against them please advice.
