Please find the mail below which I have sent to HDFC Customer care.

Dear Mr Kaushik,

As per mail below you were sending me the letter related to investigation details. For your kind information till date I have not received any letter from HDFC.

Secondly, while investigation one of your executive Ms Rajni called me up for details and she also confirmed me that transactions were not made by me, some other person has done that transactions. And she was also supposed to send me the copy of that signed transaction slips, but till date even that slips also not courier to me.

Also, I am failed to understand few things, if possible kindly clarify the followings:

1) On 4th Nov, 08, when I register the complaint against wrong transactions total amount due towards my card was Rs 10, 806/- and now I am receiving the sms of outstanding Rs 13, 346/-(no statement has been received)

2) When I already requested that till the time dispute on my card will not solved I will not make any payments than why I am receiving calls from HDFC call centre to make payments.

3) I didn't request for any new card, why have you have sent me the new credit card and adding up the amounts.

4) When will I receive the current statement of my card and the transaction slips??

This all seems to flimsy. On one side your executive confirms me that yes transaction has not been done by me on other side you were sending me this kind of mails. I am receiving continuously sms and calls on due's. You guys don't have any coordination with each other department as when I called up the call centre (helpline) number they ere failed to satisfy my queries. I am in continuation of receiving the harassment calls from your executive to make the payments for no reason, if I want to know any detail on my dispute transactions than your executive were like"sorry we didn't know anything" as dispute department must have all this details. When the case is under investigation why cardholder should pay???

I would again like to clarify that I will not pay the amount for the wrongly charged transactions which was not belong to me. And I don't want to use any of HDFC credit card until and unless all this disputes will get resolved.
