Unnecessary overdue amount

I Sanjeeva T Kotian my credit card no 5176521008254247 wants to bring to your notice that the day i have received the cc from that particular day itself i have never received the stmts as i made retail purchases from the card which i have made payments also but suddenly one day i got call stating that i have an outstanding balance of amt Rs 37497.24 when called customer care they said funds have been withdraw from atm as i have never received atm pin for my cc. No help is given from any officer from Hdfc bank just making me run from pole to pillar its been yersa i have salary acc with Hdfc bank but for the 1st time im facing such a pathetic service from bank several complaints have been lodged but no use of the same even im ready to lodge an FIR also but none of the officers are helping as per compalint taken by hdfc people its still under process & an hold is done to my account as no proper investigation is done from your end & you guy are bothering the customers.
