I have a Credit card of HDFC Bank and also a HDFC Account in Sec-18 Branch Noida.last 2 Month I was not able to Pay my credit card Payments. My company transfer my salary in this Account.one day when I went to withdrawl the Amount in the ATM my account Balance shows 0.00 Amount. I was Surprised how it is Possible that My Amout shows 0.00 Balance. Next day HDFC Credit card member call me That We have Hold ur all Amount of ur Debit Account.and ur Amount will Transfer in Our account with in 15 Days.u can deposit but can not withdrawl

So Plz suggest me, May I Make any Legal Action Against the Branch Manager Because of That He Permit him to Hold the Account.
