Not provide me settle ment letter and harresement by lucknow office

Dear sir

i m working in pvt factory in agra . mujhe hdfc credit card hdfc bank ke employ dwara jabardasti dia gaya, usko apna target poora karna tha . maine usse near about 1000/- rs. ka purchase kiya but i have not receiv bill statement two month after purchaising. after some time i receive a call from lucknow hdfc credit card, they told me pl. send us our payment i reply that i have not receive any statement, after some time i receive 4300 /-aporox bill amt.then they settlement with me on1500/- rs . but i have not receive settle ment letter .again they thraight me from lko hdfc credit card office.

they pressure me for 2500/-rs.against 1500/-rs,

i m ready to payment for 1500/- aginst settlement letter pl. provide me letter
