This is to inform you that I (V. Sridevi) holding HDFC credit card had paid all the outstanding amount dated 13.01.2009 at HDFC branch Nungambakkam by cash Rs. 24975/- but still iam getting statement stating that there is outstanding amount of Rs. 26656.05 as per the statement dated 09.01.2009 and an another statement dated 9.3.09 for Rs. 2282.31. I have made a complaint to the HDFC customer care many times but there was no proper response from them. I would request you to take up the matter seriously and kindly solve the problem immediately
