T have no money to pay

My name is chiragparmar and I have a credit card and number is 4346772007154221 I had take a loan of 38000 and I pay 6000 and outstanding is now 33000 and I now have a bad condition that I cannot pay I pay 1 yrs regularly but from now onwards I have no money and the reason is behind that I had taken loan but I not use ad I give my freind mother's to help and now they are not paying money and I give money of my credit card risk but they cheated me and I can't pay amd in my family know one know abt this pls help me abt that I cant a settlement
