Dear Sir,

I have a credit card account in your bank wide card No 5176521007767173 in the name of Ashok Kumar Sharma.

Today i received a phone call from your HDFC collection department Phone No 91-11-30836111 at 3:30 PM & 3:50 There were a lady talked with me asking me about my dew payment, i tell her that when my next statement were raised i will submit all my dew in one shot payment and then that lady transfer phone call to Mr. Amit Kumar he shouted at me and using abuse words to me for not submitted the payment. Please tell me that you have any Right to talking shit / abuse words with any person?

I am not a criminal, i am not done any crime.

I am requesting you to please take a strict action on this matter against Mr. Amit Kumar.

Please also send me a written apology letter reading this matter

I already talked with customer care regarding this matter and they asked me to submit a written complaint by email and i sent a mail at customerservices.cards@hdfcbank.com, They sent me a reply mail with reference number 'HBL=007-399-559'
