Credit card cheat

Hi,

I am Sanat Kumar Mishra, working as a software developer in a MNC Company in Bangalore. I have received a Value plus Credit card (No. 4346 7720 0508 1541) on dated 18/10.

Complain Matter: Once a day, one of your HDFC person called me and started explaining about your credit card facilities. and in same time i also enquired and verified some of my doubts. My question was, Is there any surcharge are you taking if i will do some transactions in Petrol Pump? He/She replied me that like ICICI credit card they are giving surcharge free only for HP petrol Pump but if you use our credit card then there is no surcharge for any petrol pump if you purchase.

Now if they informed me something and sold me a different card whose fault is this? Clarify me.

Then if in that case i informed your customer care center to cancel this card, they are telling me to break the card and post it to chennai division. Why should i post this to you? If You did the mistake then you cancel that card there itself. Justify my question and try to avoid this kind of customer complain in future.

I asked the customer care people to give me a mail id to make a complain, she gave me a wrong id also

And last but not least I AM NOT GOING TO POST THIS CARD TO YOU PEOPLE. I WILL BREAK THIS AND YOU SEND ONE OF YOUR PERSON AND LET HIM TAKE THAT CARD.
