HDFC Credit Card
No responce to the issues raised

I was holding a credit card no. 4346781004206322, the dispute started when your one call center executive called me for the option of "BAJAJ ALLIANCE INSURANCE POLICY" he told me that amount will be deducted from your card only after my written confirmation. this cal was made on AUG, 08. And when i received a bill of my card on SEP, 08 the amount was charged from my card. And since then i am asking your executives to look in the matter and respond back so that i make rest of the payment and close this issue for ever, but no one is bothered to do so.
