FUND BLOCKED

I had a credit card of HDFC bank. Due to miscommunication & Missbahave with me & our office colligue I stopped payment & give them my grivence. But no action should be taken by them. Lastly I paid the same amount. After few months I have faced tremendus monoetory problem so I am not repay my installment. After some times Miss Sohini Tiwari called me & informed that you are a old customer & your payment is settled by 13000/-. I asked her that will you give me the settlement letter right now but she said no after receiving 13000/- you will get NOC. I paid Rs. 8500/- through bank & Rs. 4500/- through cash. After that I spoke with Tiwari mam, Tina Chatterjee & Monika mam regarding this Monika mam replied that you will get Rs. 0/- balance bill on the next month. But in next month Hdfc bank called me to pay again then I replied that my A/C is settled. But while my salary is credited in the bank A/C they blocked my entaire salary. Plz do the needfull & take action against them.
