Abusive language

Hi!

my name is gurdeep singh and address is ac-7 gf, ganga ram vatika, tilak nagar, ND-18 (india). i have a credit card from hdfc bank and have outstanding due on it. i'm making payments to it when they call but i have one collection agent who is regularly calling my home phone number and is using abusive language. i had a spat with him as he was saying things which he is not supposed to. his name is ashish sharma or vikram or rajat as he is keep changing his names.. i told him that i'll make the entire payment in 7-8 days but he is still abusive. so want to register a complaint against him. he's calling from janakpuri collection center.

can u help me in it..???
