Name not removed from CBIL after making undue payments

Dear Sir,

I received statment with the card renewable fees which was credited in the later statments after i have requested them to cancel the card, but the late payment chagres, finance charges were not credited which became RS 1719 in 3/4 months. I have setteled this UNDUE amount also on 7-12 wide there settlement letter no 1722 signed and stamped by HDFC manager .(Cash Receipt no 2109002 dated 7-12-05)

But till date HDFC has not removed my name from CBIL and this is creating problem in my husband loan applications.

I request you to remove my name from CIBIL as early as possible and Inform me.
