Rude & Abusive Language by executive

This is to inform that I am a credit card (5176 3510 0331 8486) holder of your bank. Yesterday I received a call from your executive Arunesh (if this is the correct name told to me) from phone no. 011- 41443851 who was so abusive in his conversation with me and has even threatened me in very offensive language. He went up to the extent of using abusive language against my wife as well.
Now if this is the way you expect customers to pay their dues then I believe going to the court is a better idea than getting humiliated by your executives. This kind of behavior from such a reputed bank in service industry is very shocking
I have a salary A/c with your bank and am using your card for a long time. I have been making complaints again and again for not receiving my credit card statements on time but still when I don’t receive my statements for two months and make a complaint only then a copy of statement is sent to me with unnecessary interest added to my dues.
I told your executive that I wanted to understand all my dues and discuss about the interest being charged for not receiving statements regularly but he was so abusive and inhuman that I am forced to make this complaint to you.
I don’t deny paying my outstanding to the bank but before that I insist that I should get an apology from the same executive for his inhuman behavior and then would like to discontinue your services along with the mentioned credit card.
