Abuse by coolection centre

Sir i am using your credit card for last six months minimum due for this month is 1900 last weak i have a call from your chandigarh centre and the parson use wrong language to my mother his name is vikas and now on 23rd of aug at 1.30pm sivani call to me and ask me for payment i told her that i will pay on 28th of aug and she say i want it now and she call me 20 times after that call and starting abusing me very badly so this is my request take some action against them
