NOC and No dues letter was not received after settlement

Hello sir,

I hold a HDFC Credit card . i have made a settlement of Rs 25000. At the time of settlement they issued a settlement letter and they said i will be receiving the NOC letter and No dues letter. But until not i havnt received any thing. The amount has been cleared and refleted in Statment also. Today i spoke to the customer service . they said they dont have the details of the payment. How come they dont have the details of the payment and other things. i need to file a complaint on this. please help me tos solve this.
