Non receiving of Account Statement

Dear Sir

Cr Card No 4346 7810 0028 9645

In spite of my verbal communicatios on telephones to your officers at Jaipur for last one and half year, I have not recd. the complete account statement and every time they refuse provide the same. I am interested to settle down the account amicably but some how your officers say that you pay the money wchich accordingly is too high.

Kindly advise your officer to mail my complete statement so that the account is being settled
