Dear Sir,

I am a customer of HDFC Bank and I have transacted with them twice in the past 6 years. The first time I transacted with them I was holding an account with a credit card and a debit card. While closing the account due to my change of cities I ensured closure on my credit card.

I re opened an account with HDFC in teh month of May and was holding a debit card with the back. About a month ago when funds worth 11k were transfered to my bank account.

HDFC debited the entire amount from my bank account without prior notification or intimation despite having my contact details.

Firstly I have not been given an explanation for such an action, despite me closing the credit card. I have just been told the card is still open.

My endless hours on the phone with bank have not provided me any visibility.

I am filing this complain to get more clearence in the matter
