Wrong information

I, D v. Naik holding HDFC Credit Card No.4346772005294482 .

I have deposited cheque No.297005 dtd.3/1 for Rs.2880.06

in thane Railway station Drop Box. on 5 th I have received call Ms. Saili from andheri branch tel. No.02230966287 saying that they have discontinued the services of picking chques from all the stations and agency will destroy their cheques. and told to inform the banker to stop the payment of the cheque. I did the same and they collected the another cheque from me. To my surprise the cheque No297005 deposited by the HDFC and same was returned . on 10/01 I called the same lady informed the same she will communicate me and give me letter saying that there was mistake on their part . on 12/1 I tried to contact she intentionally not picking the phone.

please help me sort it out
