HDFC Credit Card
NON RECEIPT OF CARD

I Vidya Jadhav applied for Credit Card 1 month back .. i got verification 2-3 times calls from HDFC bank also.. before dispatch the card i got 2 times call from Bank... After 15 days i called customer care service to ask status of my card.. that time executive said card got returned back due to improper address...

Executive said we give again request to dispatch the card... i got SMS on my cell on 24th oct your card has been dispatch through Blue Dart Courier but as on today also i have not recived my card...

is this a service of HDFC Bank.. After verifying the details 2-3 times by bank executives... if customer is getting such kind of service then why we will stick to this bank..

we have other bank also which gives us satisfactory service...
