Epeated calls even after paying settlement amount

I made settlement with company and paid all amount however not according to letter but their executives said this part payments are also settling your amount and after last payment they said you will get NOC letter and statement with 0 balance but after some months now they have filed a case against me and didnot even tried to contact me and sent a letter to my permanent address whichin turn has disturbed our relation with everybody please look into matte
