Dear Sir,

My credit card (HDFC BANK) NO 4346 7720 0130 0580

Since the issuane of the credit card, I have shopped not more than Rs10000.00 and ceased to use the card as it was untraceable. How ever my balance outstanding rose to Rs35000.00(?) in the february. I paid the instalment every month @ Rs1800.00 per month since March. regularly. However, despite my regular deposit, the balance outstanding is increasing day by day. I have requested the Bhubaneswar Office to block the card and to issue me statement of accounts from the date of issuance of the card till date to enable to verify the transations. But they did not care for it. I requested to arrange for a onetime settlement of the debt. But, they refused to do so. I feel, some officials of Bhubaneswar Centre are misusing my card pin and making the balance to go high.

I may threfore request to kindly (1) block the card (2) issue me a statement of account from the date of issuance of the card (3) to do onetime settlement of the debt.
