I am a credit card holder with your bank for last 5 years, and have been paying my dues regularly. However due to financial hardship I am unable to pay my MAD for last few months. I had called up your office and requested for an EMI payment so that I could payoff my dues and clear my account.

After call to the billing section and the Customer Grievance Officer I was told that the collection agency would help me in this. Consequently I was contacted by the Agency people who advised me to pay minimum amount for the month of October.

Then they informed me that I put under a settlement plan of 8 months with the outstanding amounts of Rs. 60, 200.00 (Rupees Sixty thousand two hundred only) Ref No. S 0631848 dt 16/11.

I was asked to sign the agreement and acknowledge that I agree with all the conditions.

I would like to inform that if I was able to pay Rs. 4000.00 I would not have missed the payments and would not have called the bank to inform my inability to pay.

Secondly after six month the payment is increased to Rs.17, 800.00 for two months which is far beyond my reach to pay.

Hence I have not signed the agreement. I do not want to miss a payment and negate the agreement as is stated in the agreement letter.
