CREDIT CARD BILLING DISPUT AND THEY HAVE DEBITED THE CREDIT CARD UNJUSTIFIED AMOUNT FROM MY SAVING ACCOUNT IN HDFC BANK

I have a salary account in hdfc bank in GAURANG PATEL BRANCH, SURAT. I used to have a credit card of HDFC bank (no links with my saving accounts) which i have surrendered due to billing dispute by them four months before by paying all the dues acxept the amount which was wrongly charged by them.

actually i had booked one WASHING MACHINE costing Rs10000/through HDFC SHOPPING over CREDIT CARD, but as of now suddenly they started charging the interest every month. i called the credit card department they said this will not happen in next billing and asked me to pay the rest amount, i did the same . but again the same thing happened then i have written mail to them asking for the details if they have given me such product . but they didnt do so and started harrasing me o ver phone . i got mentally rustrated and then stopped credit card.

but i continued to have mine saving account with HDFC bank.

i really got upset . i went today to my hdfc bank to meet branch manager there, she refused to talk to me and ask me to talk to credit card section in other place.

I am really upset and in dilema about this .please advice.
