Poor service!

Dear Shalini,

I again filled up the form at Jammu brach, but still i have not recieved the Credit Card. My Credit Card Application No. is 12114352. When i will get it . should i expect it in 2009. Mr irfan has commited the delivery of card before 4rth Feb but... Plz Help
