I Mr. Sunil Vasudeo Gupta would like or raise my concerns towards HDFC Credit Card. I opted for an HDFC credit card (Ref: Card No: 5716 3510 0074 7786) long back in about 2004 and since the time I had bought this card there were issues but I was assured that one day HDFC will resolve the problem but till date my concerns are not addressed and solved. Now I am afraid I have to go to the consumer court to file a complaint as I am mentally been harassed and tortured for transactions which I have not done and the bank claims that I am liable to pay them. Would kindly request you to please see the trail mails which clearly shows the inefficiency of your team. Nowhere were they ready to confirm on mail if they had any proof in writing that I had requested for Secure Plus Plan and the story went on... I would also request you to please check my past payment track record with HDFC and with other financial institution if possible you will not find a single lapse in payment but with HDFC even after making payments on time they sent bills with late payments and surprisingly each time I called call center they readily waived the late payment charge. If a customer has genuinely defaulted the bank would never waive off the charges but here in my case every time I called up the charges were waived off.
On Friday I got a call from Ms. Pratiksha stating that my details have been registered with RBI and if I don't make a payment of Rs. 1300.00 towards the settlement they would take up the matter to the court. One the contrary I have registered a complaint with RBI for the same and now would also seek some legal help as this is now mentally harassing me and this is a question about my dignity. I have very high hopes from you on order to get this problem solved for me and please send me FINAL SETTLEMENT WITH NO DUES statement. For your reference I have attached all the correspondence.
