Holded my salary account

Three months back i made a settlement of credit card with associate named nisha, where she spoke to me for 1 hour and settled the account for Rs.1- and promised me to send the NOC to my Office address.

And after three months to my surprise my salary account was kept on hold without any intimation for credit card payment, now they say the card was never settled and the horror was they charged me intrest and late payment was charged to me for this three months and kept me in such a horrible position that i was hospitalized for 1 week for my kidney operation and i cant withdraw the amount from my bank and when i tried calling the credit card department the gave me this number 040-27537029 to speak to Mr.praveen since three days i am calling this number but i am unable to reach Mr.praveen, how can i come out of this problem is this the way the bank treat their customers now i am left with no money to live. please resolve this god will bless you.
