Not received the settelmentlette

ihave taken the hdfc credit card in the name of dilip khandelwal card no is5176521000238701 and on my wife name Radha khandelwal card no is 434677101086613958 sir, i have made all the payment for the above cards but i have not received the settelment letter from hdfc bank indore

i makes so many call to bank but they not give any responce they said letter wil lcome from chainai office so pl send my settelment letter for the above both cards
