Autodebit without intimation

This Is to Bring In ur kind information that

eversince i strated using my hdfc credit card i was being chgarged rs 100 in my bill extra fo which bank assured me every time for waver . consequently after 12 months i paid 12000 form 15000 and kept 3000 in abience with assurity of payinf 1800 after waver of extra charged 1200, but inspite of waving of bank charged interest and late payment charges and never reverted back. after 2 years the balance went to 10000.and my savings account in bank was put on holf for rs 800.

I got my card settled from core associates sco 59 phase 3b2, Mohali. Chandigarh

Mr Ranjan And Madam Suparna Got my Credit card settled at Rs. 3000,

I assured Payment in 2 instalments at earliest.

I paid Rs 1500 Cash in June And Rs. 971 (on hold) Got deducted from my account (00351140005221 without any intimation (00351140005221). in same month even after assurance of unholding same.

Due to some personal reason i frogt to pay balane Rs. 600.

At the cost of not paying small amount of 600 My accvount (00351140005221) Again put on hold for Rs. 7500.

I personally requested both of them to either unhold my account or got it ressetled again as i cant afford to bear deduction of 7500 (my total months salary).

But both of them r harrasing not responding and behaving very angrily (saying that we r not concerned with reversals).

Im ready to pay balance 600 Or resettlement

This is totally ir responsible behaviour

Kindly take matter in to concern at earliest

And take necessary action against bank and agengy

Waiting for ur revert
