With hold of my account

Dear Sir/madam

I had a credit card whose no is 4346771006448170.Today i.e on 30th of September when i tried to withdraw cash from my HDFC debit card no 0691610000680, to my surprise my money was on hold. Never ever any of your employee tried to contact me.suddenly this account's money was in hold. I am in utter despair. Whenever i tried to contact ur offices at kolkata and bangalore, none of ur customer care representatives were in a position to tell me the reason of my withheld money. Moreover the credit card that was given to me was by force. If such things happen I will be forced to withdraw my account from ur bank. and also will go for legal actions. Please look into this matter.
