Egarding statement not receving regularly

Sir my self om aditya verma credit card no. 5176 5210 0416 7195

requesting you to please send me a regulary statement which i am not reciving regulary.

Sir their is onr request that the payment of september of Rs 845 was paid by me on 01/10 due to bank strick. As well as on 30/10 due to clossing bank is not deposit the money. As well as the money is not deposited on your ATM due to out of service when i had arrived their to make a payment.

Sir due to this my request is you will not charge the fine on the comming next bill of the month of october so that i will make you a full payment in octuber as i regularly paid.
