Smart pay by hdfc credit card without instruction

I am a holder hdfc credit card no.4346 7710 0913 3639 and deposited all my dues except the insurance premium payment (smart pay - without my instruction) made by hdfc credit card to icici prudential on 23/5. this premium was already paid by cash on 09/5. please reverse this payment with all charges/surcharges/fines etc. and close my /deactivate my cedit card.
