Card statment not received and CS reponse is poo

Hi sir i am saravanan, using the HDFC CARD for lat 3 years. without my confirmation they have included the insurance charge and other which i never opted for and i called up the call center and asked them to cancel these things. their usual reponse system under observation, call after some time, verbiated that the minimum pay will not be done untill my issue is resolved.whithout my confirmation the card is canceled.
