MISLEADING INFORMATION

I RECIEVED a call at my mobile no. 9999903943, from hdfc credit cards division and i was offered to convert my whole outstanding balance into emi's, so that i get rid off the finance charges that gets incured every month on the card, i agreed to tht, next day an executive came to sign a particular document regarding the same i did that, after 10-12 days i called customer service to enquire the status of the same and i was told that there is no such facility to convert outstanding balance to emi's, i even filed a complaint against same, and i didn't even received a call regarding the status of the complaint i filed - complaint no. 08362112491...
