Excess amount debited to my credit card

Dear Sir / Madam,

I have taken mobile (Micromax Q3) in Sangeeta Mobiles Greenlands, when i purchased the product he told me that it is of 0% EMI no others charges would be charged on my HDFC Credit card and after taken the mobile they have charged me Rs 550 as processing fee, for this Debited amount when i called up the customer care of HDFC credit cards they told that amount has been debited to me by the merchant only again when i approached the Sangeetha Mobiles they told me that it is been debited by Bank only.

For this mistake no one is not responding me properly as i have called up both of them many times.

Kindly do the needful.
