Mentali harresment and timeing problem

Dear Sir

i have not mention real name. i am working in baroda hdfc financial customer care exc. here last 2-3 years mentali harresment & not givening leave and timeing problem. cust care time 10 to 4 mon to friday & Saturday 10to1. but not i am working everday late night 10.30pm reason is our brn manager and mr. naya modi . he said why shoud be going home 8.00pm your going home time is 10.30 everyday. saturday as bank rules half day but he said not allowed to adfc staff bank timeing. only company payroles saturday time-3.00pm. i am adfc staff. pay scale is only -5000pm. and responbility is lots off.

i have complanits 2 -3time in hr but not single respones. pls slove the our problem our teams problem.

otherwise any shuside. and bank problem creating.???
