Ad experience regarding claim

Dear sir

With reference to my car number "DL3CAL 6272" (Hyundai, I-10. ERA) I would like to mention that I registerd claim against my car. After through inspection surveyor of the company approved claim and I got at HMP New Delhi, but still I am unaware that why this company approved one sided damages while complete car is covered under insurance policy. This month my policy is going to be expired but keeping the fraudy practice of HDFC I do not think to renew my policy under this banner.

It is requested to please take this matter sincerely and resolve my problem.
