Home loan insurnace claim

I have been following up with ERGO since 24th of june for the ERGO claim on my home loan. they keep on giving me one complaint number for another and are doing nothing. this is very frustrating. they had to send me a clain form which thet have not sent. what is the use of having an isurance if they cannot be of use to you in your bad times?
