Converting Credit Card Amount To EMI

Hello,

I had made a purchase of 18, 500 on my hdfc gold credit card, but prior to making the purchase i called up the customer service of hdfc asking whether can i go with the purchase of said amount and that amount can be converted to emi, all the answers were affirmative.so i went with the purchase from my hdfc credit gold card. after 2 days i called up the customer service guys again to forward the request for converting my purchased amount to EMI . but i was shocked to here that the amount cannot be converted to emi. so i was in a big trouble. so i want to tell you all people that these HDFC guys are fraud, i humble advice is don't make any transactions with these HDFC guys.
