This is to bring to your notice that I have been operating the above gold credit card from October and I have received a statement for the month of November dated 3.11.2007 for Rs. 13433.00 and payment due date was 23.11.2007. Since the payment was made in time on 23.11.2007 by SBI Cheque no.075678 and dropped in the HDFC Bank Drop Box at Perungudi Branch on 23.11.2007. However, they have billed Rs. 561.80 as late fee charges in my subsequent statement for the month of December. Kindly reverse this amount of Rs. 561.80, since the payment was made in time and send me the revised bill for the month of December immediately. This is for your kind information and necessary action.
