No sattelment latter recived

I have hdfc credit card no-4346781004000030

from the Feb i got a call from collection dept to deposit your amount i said iam not abel to continue the card kindly close the card and what ever is my actual purchase collect the money with mee on equal installments the lady Nagneet sad you have to pay threee equal installments of Rs 2080 and one 1550 then yu will get the sattelment latter by the bank all cheques are cleared after that again i recived a call of mr Aditya chaudhary you have to pay 490 more i have paid then again the said you have to pay more amount of Rs 2080 i paid the said amount now they are sayoing no sattelment is here against this card.

Kindly help me
