Charging of same amount more than 4 times

Respected Sir,

On 23/12/07 vodafone has charged the amount of Rs. 1140/ -5 times instead of 1 time through my credit card no. 5243681100424574, also your employee from Kolkata misbehaved & talk rudely on phone which hurts me very much. I am using your golden credit card since 3 years and i am paying more than 1, 00, 000/-. So, please pay special attention towards this other wise i will close my account.
