Cancellation of Home Loan offe

I had applied for a home loan to HDFC in the second week of December and offer given by them on 17th December. Now due to some my personnel reason I have drop my idea to take a Home loan and request given to several times to HDFC for cancellation of home loan offer through E-mail. Please find the date:

1. 26.01.2009 to HDFC Jamnagar Branch representative.

2. 28.01.2009 to Grievance Redressal HDFC.

3. 05.02.2009 to Customer services HDFC.

4. 17.02.2009 to HDFC Jamnagar branch.

5. 19.03.2009 to Customer services HDFC.

6. 25.03.2009 to Grievance Redressal HDFC.

7. 02.04.2009 to Grievance Redressal HDFC.

8. 04.04.2009 to Grievance Redressal HDFC.

9. 10.04.2009 to Grievance Redressal HDFC.

10. 14.04.2009 to Customer services HDFC. & last reminder given today.

I have to drop my idea to purchase of House for my personnel reasons, so I wouldn’t be able to

accept your offer of HOUSING LOAN. I would like to request you to return all my

original documents submitted with loan application and also, Loan processing fees

taken in advance.

7. Photo I card – PAN card/ Voter – I card / Driving License (Duly Attested)
