Un-reasonable HDFC interest rate

Despite of interest rate cut all over and manyation form indication from govt to cut interest rate, HDFC is not reducing the interest rate, is this has become joke, how come a private bank can do like this when govt is asking to lower the interest rate in such bad times, is this congress govt waiting for these private to push people to go for sucide.

Another thing is what they mean by floating rate, it for their convenience to change the meaning for

getting more money.

How dare they can do it? there is no rule of land or what &my appeal to everybody stop paying EMI to HDFC as long as they don't bring back the EMI to right level.
